GOD DID IT!! I prayed for this. Its finally here! Its really happening!! YES, DREAMS REALLY DO COME TRUE!!

Let me tell you the story of my bar journey.
Summer last year I decided to gave up my job which I enjoyed and really loved in order for me to be on full time bar review.
Days before the pre-bar review, my mommy (lola) who is very very close to my heart died.
Days before the bar examinations, I found out that I am pregnant!
I took the bar examinations when I was at the early stage of my pregnancy. I just really prayed hard na walang mangyaring masama sa amin ng anak ko. I talked to my baby and asked her to bear with mommy as I took the bar examinations. Luckily my baby cooperated, nothing happened to us during the 2week bar exam period.
Right after the bar examinations, I had my first ultrasound. My baby is fine but I have subchorionic hemorrhage. Days have passed and I had to undergo series of tests.
Month of December came, we’ve found out that I have Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome (APAS), an autoimmune condition. I was sick and weak the whole month, I cant even prepare for my own wedding and I have to cancel some meetings with our suppliers.
Luckily, few days before my wedding last January this year I felt really better. We had our treatments for my condition. My baby and I were really feeling better everyday.
Everything went well until days before the bar examinations result came, my father in law died. On one of his funeral mass, the priest said that “there is sunshine after the rain.”
Then April 14, 2023 became one of the happiest day of my life, I PASSED THE BAR EXAMS!! ABOGADO NA AKO!!
My story may seems a roller coaster ride but it is evident that truly God has a perfect timing for everything. We may have struggles and hardships along the way, but all we have to do is to trust him!!
To my Papa Il Soriano, my Mama Anna Soriano, my brother Bernard Ishidore Soriano and my sister Nicverish Ann Soriano, the word THANK YOU WILL NEVER BE ENOUGH for your unending love and support!! God knows how much I really wanted to become a lawyer, bata palang ako wala na akong ibang ginusto kundi maging katulad ng Papa ko. I told you that one day I will make you all proud and eto na yon!! WE FINALLY MADE IT!! PARA PO SAINYO TO!! Mahal na mahal na mahal ko kayo!! To Karl Miguel Resurreccion thank you for always praying for ate and for baby Siena!! Ang lakas mo kay Lord!!
To my relatives, Soriano family and Celestino family, thank you for always believing in me!! Thank you for crying and celebrating with me!! MOMMY, this is for you!! Natupad na mga wishes mo para sakin!!
Also, I can still remember that one of my amazing siblings said “next year ikaw naman iccongratulate naming lahat!” THIS IS IT GUYS!! YOUR ABOGANDA IS FINALLY HERE!!

To all my friends na tumawag, nagtext, nakiiyak and nakicelebrate sa milestone ng buhay kong to, THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH!! I feel really blessed and loved by each and everyone of you!! Wait lang talaga magrreply ako sainyo isa isa hahaha
And to my loving and very supportive husband, my mentor, my bar coach, my number one fan and supporter, my everything, Jason Simbre WE MADE IT FAVE!! YOUR WIFE IS NOW A LAWYER!! No words can express how grateful I am to you since the very first day!! Thank you for all the support, for spoiling me, for giving everything I need, for loving me and taking care of me and baby Siena! I love you with all my heart and soul, favey!! I can still clearly remember the day I asked Jesus for a sign, I was shaking and in tears nung knwento ko sayo that I saw a big truck na may nakalagay “GOD WILL PROVIDE” in very white color and very shiny! And fave truly God never fails to keep his promises. And to Papa Henry and Mama Tess, thank you po for all the support and prayers!! I know that Papa is very happy right now na dalawa na ang anak nyang abogado!!
Of course my precious baby Siena, my life, our princess, thank you my baby girl for cooperating with mommy all this time. Thank you for coming into our lives! You are one of our greatest blessings, anak! In 2 months, we will be seeing you na and we cant wait to meet you my little one!! Mahal na mahal ka naming lahat, my lucky charm!!
